BikeExchange Connect

Neto Integration

Enabling Integrations into POS, 3PL or e-Commerce Websites.

To establish a connection between Neto and BikeExchange, please follow the steps below that you will need to implement on your Neto CPanel.

Heads Up! If you have multiple API users or you want to control the calls that API users make, setup API keys on a per-user basis in the "Staff User Manager". API permissions can then be defined from within a users "permission group".

Before we get stuck into generating the API key needed for BikeExchange, you'll need to decide on if you're happy to use the global API that Neto offer, or a user-specific API (as explained above). In most cases, you'll be using the global API key, however, shown below are both options for your convenience.

Option 1: Global API Connection:

1. Log into your Neto Store. From inside the Neto Store menu, you'll need to navigate to "Settings & tools" & "All settings & tools" from the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Once this page is loaded, navigate to "API Settings".

3. The API Settings page will load with your Neto API Key. This will be the Global
API key you will need to enter into BikeExchange.

4. Lastly, you will need the URL of your Neto Store which you can copy from the
Address Bar in your Browser, for example, https://ck-1.neto.com.au/.

5. Shown in the image below is BikeExchange's BE-Connect, and how the data above
from Neto should appear on BE-Connect for a Global API setup. You will need two of
the three fields populated for this option, Neto API Key & Neto URL (not the Neto
Username).

6. Congratulations, you're FINISHED! Once successful, a screen similar to the below image will appear. Select "Start Import" and wait 24 hours for your products from Neto to appear in BikeExchange.
